You can mix styles depending on how you feel each week. The practice is yours. 🩷

💖 The Attempt

Focus: Foundations, alignment and curiosity.

This is not a class to 'achieve' the pose. It's a class to understand it, feel it and inhabit it. In each session we take an asana and break it down: from the base, alignment, breath and internal activation.

What are you activating? Where are you holding the weight? What is your breath doing?

We're not looking for the perfect form. We're looking for the pose to adapt to the body you have today. May the intention show — not just the pose!

🌬️ Movement

Focus: Power Vinyasa, strength, energy and flow.

A practice to move, feel strong and let energy flow. We move to the rhythm of the breath, without getting trapped in the mind. It's not about pushing from the ego, but finding that point where you challenge yourself… without stopping caring for yourself.

🪷 Slow Yoga: Process and Release

Focus: Breath, presence.

A practice to go slower… even though sometimes, that's the hardest thing. We move gently, holding each pose longer, breathing with intention. You don't need to do it perfectly. Just be.

Classes are held in small groups (max. 5 people), with the goal of offering close, personalized and mindful accompaniment in each practice 🤍

⏳ Package Validity

Packages have a defined validity period to encourage consistency in practice:

• 1 class → valid for 1 month
• 4 classes → valid for 2 months
• 8 classes → valid for 3 months
• 12 classes → valid for 3 months

Unused classes within the validity period are non-transferable and non-refundable.

🗓️ Bookings and Attendance

To attend a class, a prior booking is required. Classes have limited spots, so your space is reserved exclusively for you.

🔁 Rescheduling: Group and 1:1

You can reschedule your class with at least 12 hours notice 🤍 If you don't attend or cancel outside that window, the class will be considered as taken.

🚫 Cancellations and Refunds

No refunds are issued once a package or class has been purchased.

👑 About 1:1 Personalized Sessions

If your package includes a personalized 1:1 session:

• It must be scheduled within the package validity period
• It is non-transferable and non-redeemable for money
